We're seeking Solution Analyst who will be the bridge between clients and internal teams translating business requirements into effective technology solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, work with our development, testing, and infrastructure teams to design scalable solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery
What You'll Own & Drive
• Engage with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and goals
• Design tailored technology solutions by translating business needs into technical specifications
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery with cross-functional tech teams to ensure timely and quality outcomes
• Manage risks, roadmaps, and expectations across project lifecycles
• Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment across Sofware, infrastructure, security, and testing teams
• Support strategic initiative through innovation, pre-sales proposals, and continuous process improvement
Yêu cầu
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years leading solution design, technical product delivery, or IT consulting projects
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary technology initiatives from start to finish
• Strong grasp of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exceptional client-facing skills to bridge business and tech stakeholders effectively
• Documentation: Skilled in crafting clear documentation, presentations, and compelling solution storytelling
• Demonstrates a high level of English language proficiency
