Talent Acquisition Executive (mass)

Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees(sales for commodity)
Keeping track status of manpower and plan for recruitment
Proceeding and supporting with the identification of potential candidates through interview processing
Updating information about recruitment trend
Fulfil hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate, minimal attrition, and low offer rejection
Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment and HR system
Do HR admin tasks such as job ads writing, checking personal documents of staff and prepare for on-boarding
Coordinate to update manpower issues
Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
