Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest marketing, operations, sales, and IT talented heads.
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews.
Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners
