- Experience in customer service team management is an advantage
- Follow up customers' enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps

- Answer customer inquiries on Alibaba and via email
- Help customers with questions about products, orders, shipping, etc

- At least 03 years of experience in Customer Service Position or similar
- Receive information from customers (PO, spec, packaging, testing requirement)

- Collaborate closely with the back-office services for Customer Order Management to ensure timely fulfillment of orders, processing of order changes and escalation of NCMs
- Additional tasks within Customer Service team: Provide efficient back-up to team-mates

- At least 3-5 years customer service experience handling the responsibilities outlined above
- Previous background should include knowledge of parts and nomenclature as well as demonstrated ability to deal with customers

- Handled customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and live chat, delivering prompt, accurate, and satisfactory solutions to their concerns and service requests
- Enhanced customer experience at SF International Express by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a strong service mindset in every interaction

- Prepare shipment invoices to customer, prepare the payment to carrier and buy the MB/L
- Send pre-alert to overseas offices within 3 working days after on board date, trace the shipment and report shipment status to customer and overseas offices

- Liaise with customers, shipping lines, vendors, and overesea offices to handle Air and Sea export and import shipments
- Issuing the debit note/invoice to customers/ oversea partners

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

- Special customer care service for VIP customers
- Minimum 3 years in Travel, Hospitality or 2 years in Customer Care Services

- Làm chứng từ hàng nhập:Submit manifest, kiểm tra HBL, MBL , gửi AN, EDO, DN cho khách hàng theo dõi update lô hàng cho khách hàng đến khi kết thúc, .
- Tham gia đầy đủ các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định của nhà nước và nhiều chính sách đãi ngộ khác.

- With a minimum 6 years working experience in the logistics industry and proven track record in Customer Service/Operations

- Mainly doing Pricing &Customer Service, including:
- Make quotation to customers, oversea agents under various terms: EXW, DAP, DDP, etc

- Working with customers to handle test request for testing services of textiles or footwear
- Experience in Customer Service field is preferred
