- Lên Debit, Hóa Đơn cho các lô hàng.
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng thành thạo (Word, Excel).
- Send booking confirmation to the customers
- Contact with shipping lines and customers to solve the trouble case, solve backlog and incidents with the goods
- Making and checking selling debit, reviewing internal and with customer monthly
- Checking buying price and selling price for customer shipment

- Receive booking requests and shipment information from Customers, Overseas Agents, and the Sales Team
- Issue Debit Notes to customers/overseas agents and process payments to carriers, rail operators, and vendors in a timely manner
