Mô tả công việc
- Receive customer shipment requests
- Track the status of ocean import/export shipments and provide updates to customers
- Manage issues such as ETA/ETD changes, transshipments, and delays; coordinate with customs authorities, terminals, transport providers, and shipping lines
- Address customer inquiries and resolve claims
- Collaborate with internal operations and Sales teams to minimize shipment disruptions
- Provide data for settlement processes and assist with cost verification
- Supporting checking Global Bidding cost
- Manage Trucking cost & customs clearance vendor
- Support Sales Team (Check cost)
- Collaborate with oversea agent (Check oversea cost and do tracking [protected info])

Yêu cầu
- University degree
- From 3 years of experience in the same position in logistics field
- Good English communication, both writing and speaking. Korean speaking is a plus, not a must
- Strong customer service mindset and service-oriented attitude
- Self-disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently
- Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn and develop
