Mô tả công việc
GENERAL MISSION:
Supervise the implementation of staff as well as customer service of the Front Office department.
To organize working shifts, and oversee the operations of Receptionists.
To directly handle all complaints of guests that are beyond competence of staff.
To take care of guests during their stay as well as during check-in, check-out procedures.
To support Head of Department in monitoring, and encouraging staff.
Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Manager.
Yêu cầu
Desire profile:
• Diploma education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Languages essential Vietnamese & English
• Pre-opening hotel experience is essential
