Mô tả công việc
- Working time: 10 p.m - 7 a.m (1 hour for lunch time, working night shift at home, work online with American branch. Working hours may vary depending on season and job requirements)
- Jobs:
• Handle quotations for Domestic, Air Import, and Air Export shipments.
• Verify cargo dimensions and weight upon warehouse receipt; arrange airline bookings; prepare operational documentation; process customs declarations; coordinate trucking arrangements for airport delivery; and proactively track shipments through to final destination.
• Conduct full cost verification and reconciliation for each shipment; consolidate vendor invoices; provide final cost statements to customers; issue Debit Notes (DNs); and upload invoices and related documents into the internal system.
Yêu cầu
• College graduate or higher.
• No need experience in logistics, but have knowledge in taking care of export/import goods by air is an advantage.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Hard-working, careful.
