Opportunity For You In 3 Sub Functions in Supply Chain
1. Technology & Brewing:
You will play a role in setting up, monitor the process control, process operational management of brewing operation and production line and machine in order to deliver high quality of product and process output, compliance to safety, food quality and environment
with optimal operational cost according to the strategy & set priorities.
2. Engineering & Packaging:
Responsible for operational performance at the assigned area, regular maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems within the brewery to ensure the stable operation of production lines, minimize downtime, and prevent unexpected failures.
Involved in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
3. Customer Service, Logistics and Planning (CSLP)
You will take on one of two roles:
• Logistics: Drive efficiency in goods movement, ensure inventory accuracy and stock quality, while participate in elevating our operations and optimizing warehouse processes through continuous improvement initiatives in a safe and compliant environment.
• Planning: Develop and manage demand, supply, and production plans aligned with business goals. Lead efforts to enhance planning processes, optimize performance, and support TPM efforts.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field for the open position
• Fresh graduates or less than 2-year of full-time working experience.
• GPA >=7.0/10.0 (2.8/4.0), or equivalent
• Willingness to relocate across HEINEKEN's breweries in Vietnam.
• English business efficiency
• Learning agility and adaptability skills
• Highly driven with a desire to succeed
• Be able to start full-time working in Jun 2025
