JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Learning & Development Management (40%)
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department managers.
Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with company business objectives.
Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs.
Develop training materials and learning content for internal training programs.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training providers to deliver effective training sessions.
Manage training logistics including scheduling, training venues, communication with participants, and preparation of training materials.
2. Training Administration & Reporting (25%)
Maintain and update training records and training database.
Track employee participation and training completion status.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and learning assessments.
Prepare periodic training reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Learning Systems & Development Programs (15%)
Develop and implement the company's E-learning system.
Research new learning met
hods and training tools to improve learning effectiveness.
Participate in the development of learning frameworks, competency development programs, and leadership development initiatives.
4. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement (15%)
Support internal communication related to HR initiatives and employee development programs.
Coordinate internal company events, employee engagement activities, and corporate campaigns.
5. Other Responsibilities (5%)
Perform other duties as assigned by the
HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
A. Basic requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources and related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training,... field for company size at more than 200 employees.
- Good at English.
- Good at Teamwork, can work under pressure.
B. Competency requirements ( A.S.K)
1. Attitude: To be Careful, Cooperative, Active and Eager to learn
2. Skills:
- Good at Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Good at Computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good at Managing multiple projects simultaneous
- Good at using Tools for example design, video editing, subtitle adding,.. is a plus
3. Knowledge:
- Good understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Experience of using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- A proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs in a large organization is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Operation Task (50%)
- Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.
- Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand-supply of the products.
- Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.
2. Marketing & Event (30%)
- Working with brands to co-operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.
- Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers
- Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product
- Survey market trend and update market status
3. Sales Report & Payment (20%)
- Working with the Finance Dep't about payment relating to the brand.
- Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree, any majors
- From 1 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management...
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills
- Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good at working with numbers
- Be willing to work in shift (1 - 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM - 10 PM) per week) and in holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Revenue Management
Review daily revenue on the IRIS system and compare it with actual collected amounts → identify and correct discrepancies (if any) → upload data to the SAP system
Ensure all customer information on the IRIS system (revenue sharing ratio, discounts, brand, revenue, etc.) is updated accurately in accordance with the contract
2. Fixed Rent Management
Ensure customer information on IRIS is entered accurately based on the contract
Ensure fixed rent is recorded correctly before transferring data to SAP
Ensure contracts are properly organized and filed in order
Calculate late payment penalties and monitor the collection process handled by the responsible person
Track accounts receivable and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments
3. TO Management (TOS Payment)
Ensure all rental fees and other charges are calculated correctly according to the contract
Ensure all related documents are properly stored and systematically organized
Handle and respond to inquiries regarding TOS-related payments and receivables
Ensure all new transactions are reviewed by the Tax team for compliance issues before posting
4. Other Tasks
Support other teams (Cash, SD) and complete assigned tasks
Perform additional duties related to finance and business operations as assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work in rotating shifts (morning - afternoon)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field
Good command of English
Experience with SAP and IRIS systems is an advantage
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
