- Follow up customers' enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps
- Possess good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

- Must have 1-2 years of working experience in air freight customer service/operations, preferably in a forwarder company
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure

- Working with customers to handle test request for testing services of textiles or footwear
- Experience in Customer Service field is preferred
