• Service call centre: Receiving and determining all customers' requests accurately, creating data on SAP and transferring to related teams quickly
• Fully updating and reviewing all service reports, maintenance, installation order...;
• Creating, arranging and storing installation documents
• Respond to customers /colleagues at the central point, proactively navigate the work effectively / according to the process.
• Response internal & external customer requests quickly, timely and accurately
• Actively/willingly supporting/guiding colleagues to deal with related work when necessary or be required.
• Complete Maintenance Books/ Installation Reports/ Warranty Cards on RPA
• Other tasks assigned by managers
Yêu cầu
• University/College degree
• Well-organized and high sense of responsibility
• Work well under pressure
• Good communication in English and computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
