- Experience in customer service, operations, or hospitality (fitness is a plus)
- Ensure recovery service protocols are followed correctly

- Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Technical Analysis:Review client RFPs and specifications to understand the tech-nical requirements and assist in developing a compliant and effective scope of work.
