- Manage customer accounts, oversee the progress and costs of development projects

- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

- Answer customer inquiries on Alibaba and via email
- Help customers with questions about products, orders, shipping, etc

- Respond clearly, promptly, tactfully to customers' inquiries regarding the status of their accounts
- Prepare basic documents in response to orders received from sales personnel or from established customers

- At least 03 years of experience in Customer Service Position or similar
- Receive information from customers (PO, spec, packaging, testing requirement)

- Trình độ học vấn:Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Ngoại thương, Logistics, Kinh doanh quốc tế, Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Nắm rõ các loại chứng từ vận tải (B/L, D/O, giấy báo hàng) và quy định liên quan.

- Handled customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and live chat, delivering prompt, accurate, and satisfactory solutions to their concerns and service requests
- Enhanced customer experience at SF International Express by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a strong service mindset in every interaction

- Provide 1:1 customer service via OTT platforms, ensuring timely and helpful assistance
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in international Customer Support/Service (especially from education sector will be a plus)

- At least 3-5 years customer service experience handling the responsibilities outlined above
- Previous background should include knowledge of parts and nomenclature as well as demonstrated ability to deal with customers
