- Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries/ concerns via phone, email, webchat, LinkedIn, [protected info] other social media interactions within service level agreement
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics, understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service

- Execute customer service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data, Transmission, Documentation, and Invoicing
- Cooperate with customers, warehouses, agents and shipping lines, other partners to handle the shipments
