- Receive inquiries, clarify requirements, and maintain communication with customers throughout project execution

- Consulted customers to understand their specific needs and provided clear guidance on export/import policies, special handling requirements, and compliance matters

- Develop and execute Paid Membership programs (Subscriptions) to build frequent shopping habits, enhance customer loyalty and increase brand engagement
- Analyze customer data to design targeted promotions and offers that personalize experiences, boost cart value, and drive cross-/upselling opportunities
