- Support and handle all customer requirements (pick-up and delivery arrangements, free time, closing time, SI cut-off, customs clearance, cargo insurance, etc
- Ensure all charges and related documents are collected from customers, overseas partners, and local agents

- Liaise with "Customer Technical Services" for product knowledge and application upgrade for correct order interpretation and customer advice
- Responsible for delivering world class customer service to our customer base

- Work closely with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement and documentation accuracy
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

- Willing to learn about product knowledge to support customers effectively
- Answer customer inquiries on Alibaba and via email

- Manage customer accounts, oversee the progress and costs of development projects
- Receive inquiries, clarify requirements, and maintain communication with customers throughout project execution

- Complete daily customer service activity within respective customer servicing cluster, including standard operating procedure (SOP), shipment reports, system operation, customer requirements
- Play an integral part to liaise with customers and ensure the timely feedback and solution offered to customer for complaints and enquiries

- Help build creative solutions to challenging customer needs using Google Cloud
- Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering
