- Giving the appropriate guidelines to Sales Supervisors/Sales Representatives to solve customers'/consumers' complaints and to ensure keeping the good relationships with customers/ consumers

- Promote a customer-centric mindset across logistics teams

- To Manage key accounts (distributors) to deliver customer services & build good relationship with customer to explore new opportunities
- Establish Customer Excellent in the assigned market

- Reporting to Country Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overall daily operation of all assigned stores, ensuring excellent customer services are provided and the sales target are met
- Recruit, manage, train, develop and coach all staff, ensure that they are well-versed of product and that excellent customers services are provided

- Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execuse in outlet activities

- Summarize and communicate Customer feedback in regard to products and services
- Responsible for the development of market/customer specific training/sales tools, required assortments and services in the individual markets

- Manage and monitor outstanding customer services for the school clients
- All the admissions procedures need to be in line with EMASI admissions policy and deliver effective admissions practice with outstanding customer care

- The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role
- Good customer service skills, the ability to lead and manage a diverse group of people

- Cross functional collaboration to drive the business result, proficiency and consumer/customer services
- E-Planning Manager is responsible for building and managing E-commerce plan for the whole year and execute it accordingly to achieve sales target
